At Others, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include your printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
